Max Bed Level Compensation Z probe not triggered G32
-
So using G32 after a successful homing of x, y, z the Railcore 2 300ZL results in the error message:
"Z probe not triggered during probing move". However, I can see the BL Touch probe being triggered. What do I need to do to fix this error message? Also what commands control the speed of the Z-axis moving up during probing? Thanksmy config files can be found here: https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/24328/bltouch-and-railcore-300zl-problems

Has it ever worked?
When the probe appears to function but the Duet does not respond it suggests the for some reason the signal from the BLTouch is not getting to the Duet.
See below - the F and T parameters deal with speed:

When I run the M280 P0 S90 the BLtouch retracts and vice versa with S10. Does this mean the probe is connected to the duet?

That means the probe is getting power and getting the signal from the Duet to deploy/retract - that is via the three wire connection.
It does not mean the signal from the probe is getting to the Duet - that is the two wire connection.
From your config file:
M558 P9 X0 Y0 Z1 H5 F50 T6000 A5 S0.02 H5 ; Bltouch probe type G31 X3.0 Y40.8 Z2.104 P25 ; Probe offsets
In the M558 you have X, Y and Z parameters - that are obsolete and not used with v3 firmware. You also have H5 twice, once is enough.
But you are missing the C parameter which specifies the input connection. The is likely the reason it is not working as desired.

If that is not working then I would check the wiring from the probe - as I recall it was a black and white pair of wires.
