Troodon to Duet3 conversion (kcress)

Hi, After months of struggling with a flaky Vivendo Troodon 400 controller board and pretty much zero documentation available from tight-fisted FormBot I decided to take ownership of it and replace the controller.
I snagged a Duet3 MB 6HC and a Duet3 EB 3HC.
They're mounted and I have the steppers re-connectored and installed.Driver0 A-stepper (Left rear on gantry)
Driver1 B-stepper (Right rear on gantry)
Driver2 Z axis Front Left
Driver3 Z axis Rear Left
Driver4 Z axis Rear Right
Driver5 Z axis Front Right
Driver0 on the 3HC ExtruderOUT 0 Heater Bed
OUT 1 Heater ExtruderTemp 0 Bed
Temp 1 ExtruderOUT 7 Fan Pan (Blows air into control space)
OUT 8 Fan Drivers (Blows air across the 6HC drivers)
OUT 9 Fan Extruder (Hotend)Note: All fans are 24V, the HEPA fan is 24V @ 0.75A (!)
I'd like to speed control the HEPA fanI'd also like to speed control the Print Cooling Fan.
I believe they should be plugged into OUT 4-6. I can not find anywhere how to wire them to the 6HC. The "Connecting and configuring fans" wiki does not actually explain how to hook a speed controlled fan to the 6HC.
I believe that 3/4A fan can be controlled by OUT 4-6. Can someone confirm that?
Also I think this is where the Print Cooling fan would be driven. Same wiring question, how to a 6HC.
Anything above questionable? Flat out bonkers?
I'll sum up all my connections when I get this thing done so any others can use this like a guide for Troodons.
Thanks for any input.

Have you seen these pages?
https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Duet_3_Mainboard_6HC_Hardware_Overview#Section_IOFor fan control you'd want to use a PWM capable pin, which would mean io 4,5,7

@phaedrux Thanks that did it.
