Duet 3 mini 5+ unresponsive after axis crashed

I was trying to set up my Duet and when testing the x-axis if crashed into the printer and I flipped the power switch to stop it. After this happened I turned power back on and I can't connect to the web interface and as far as I can tell its not connecting to my wi-fi and I don't get any connection to it through USB. It has status LEDS on the board that light up but I'm not sure what they mean. 3.3 and 5v light up when plugged in to USB. 3.3, 5, 12, and v_fused light up when the power supply is on. The status LED flashes slowly in all modes. Act never comes on. also when I plug into usb my part cooling fan turns on

By slowly do you mean "Flashing steadily, about half a second off and half a second on" (normal operation), or "Fading from bright to dim and then back again" (USB bootloader activated)?
