Can you provide the results of M122 and M98 P"config.g"? That would give us a good starting place.
There are some guides for using a duet with the Ender 3 that may be helpful to you. The Ender 3 and 5 are quite close.

T100 mena sit won't turn the hot end heat sink fan until it's 100c which is hot enough to cause jamming. T45 is a better choice.
