duet 2 wifi update

Hi, our client update duet 2 wifi to new version, but he would like to take it back (because in new version don't have 'upload files' function - is it true?) Anyway how to undo the update?

I'm not sure what that would mean. There's been no change to upload capabilities in any version.
Would need a lot more details about what they did and what is and isn't working. Either to solve the problem or roll back, first we need to know what they have access to.
In general though, you can switch back and forth between firmware versions at will.

Even without the web interface fall back procedure # 3 should work with any firmware version.
