Blind spot on my LokBuild print surface

Hi guys,
I've noticed some blind spots on my LokBuild where PLA just doesn't want to stick.
I've already cleaned it with lemon juice to degrease it.
It works wonders on the rest of the plate, but the spots are still there.
Does anyone know a cleaning solvent (or sandpaper?) that refreshes the surface?
