Problem using bed leveling

Hello guys, been at this for 3 days and can't make it out.
I've set up a Ender 3 Pro with a Duet 3 6HC. (Cartesian)
Using a Escher 3D Mini IR Probe.
activated probe, works well. I get a fairly decent height map. (max difference is .2mm)
But for some reason, when I print, I cannot get the print to be level all the way around. Like the print doesn't compensate for the heightmap differences.
I have my homeall.g set as:
G91 ; relative mode

I made a test print of 9 circles and they seem to be like the height map. I have a good one, and some others are too squished, some are too high. Same thing as if it ignores the height map. I thought it was supposed to compensate and make the prints all the same height at different spots on the bed? On the original card, I had Manual mesh bed levelling and it worked fairly well (much better than what I have now).
Any pointers?
Oh, using:
Duet 3 6HC
Escher 3D mini IR probe
Firmware 3.01RC10
DWC 2.1.5You can see in the attache picture that the front ones are super squished, the back ones are ok.

I suspect that your bed surface isn't playing nice with the IR probe. It could be the white speckle pattern. Try putting a sheet of matte paper on the surface and re probing the mesh. The glass should be much flatter than that.

I tried to probe without the glass on and it is all super straight (all green) so yes, my glass (Creality glass) is causing a weird pattern.
But still, shouldn't my printer compensate for these differences?

But still, shouldn't my printer compensate for these differences?If the glass is preventing it from getting an accurate reading of the surface how can it compensate for the actual surface?
