heat bed not reaching temperature

heat bed seems to be losing temperature gradually. when i got it, it would reach 100 degrees, now it seems to only get up to 68.4. how can i test thermistor without just replacing it.

check the resistance of the wiring. there might be a bad connection.
you check your thermistor with a know good temperature meter.
