paneldue i5 white screen

hey !!
i bought a paneldue i5 and got it to day and the forst time i power it up
there where a picture on the screen, but after that every time i do it now, it only shows a
total white screen. ( tried firmware update, but no luck)

Sounds like either you've used the wrong firmware file, or you've not followed the firmware update steps completely.
