Post your config.g please.
What does your gcode console say? -
Error: Heating fault on heater 1, temperature rising much more slowly than the expected 1.0°C/sec
-
M305 P0 T100000 B4138 R4700 ; Set thermistor + ADC parameters for heater 0
M305 P1 T100000 B4138 R4700 ; Set thermistor + ADC parameters for heater 1B4138 is the default and most likely wrong for your thermistors. this can report the wrong temperature.
-
Error: Heating fault on heater 1, temperature rising much more slowly than the expected 0.9°C/sec
Error: Heating fault on heater 1, temperature rising much more slowly than the expected 0.7°C/secgot to about 60c and got this error after changing the code
it dose heat up slow -
could be a failed heating cartridge.
-
@veti it is a new heater and the last one did this
-
what hotend do you have?
the error message means when the hotend is powered on the temperature rises to slowly. -
Did you even tune the hot end? Once you got the tune, did you enter those values into the configuration file?
-
im using e3d volcano and i have auto tuned it

the values you have configured for the thermistor are not for an e3d vulcano. the e3d use semitec thermistors.
check the resistance of the heater catrige that you have the correct one for your voltage

is there any pages that helps with this setup cant figure out what needs to be changed or added
-
in the configurator. when you click on the beta value for the thermistor a selection comes up. select the semitec thermistor.

got every thing to work now thanks
