mini IR sensor different triggered height

Hi, I have 2 mini-ir sensors (originals)
One works as expected and gives me about 3mm triggered height,
another one, the same mount (+- 2mm above the zero) triggered at 6.13mm,
is that expected behavior ? -
@dc42 , on the d3d site it was mentioned that the forum is the first step for support. But i receive not even an answer, let alone support. Am I doing something wrong ?

Hi @chernogorsky looks like you have an issue with one of the IR sensors. please contact who you bought it from for a warranty replacement.

@T3P3Tony, I have 2 of them, they look identical. one bought from d3d site, another from Filastruder. Is there a way to differ one from another ?
