Z Speed

What are the Mxx numbers associated to them?
So, I figured out that I can change the g files on the browser.
My Z Steps PMM was like 2600 and change.. WAY off.. not sure how that happened, but whatever.
I changed it to max the X and Y at 100
Now my Z motors are ridiculously slow. So, with all that, what are some decent numbers that I can run with??
; Drives
M569 P0 S0 ; Physical drive 0 goes Backwards
M569 P1 S0 ; Physical drive 1 goes Backwards
M569 P2 S1 ; Physical drive 2 goes forwards
M569 P3 S1 ; Physical drive 3 goes forwards
M350 X16 Y16 Z16 E16 I1 ; Configure microstepping with interpolation
M92 X100.00 Y100.00 Z100.00 E400.00 ; Set steps per mm
M566 X900.00 Y900.00 Z12.00 E120.00 ; Set maximum instantaneous speed changes (mm/min)
M203 X6000.00 Y6000.00 Z180.00 E1200.00 ; Set maximum speeds (mm/min)
M201 X500.00 Y500.00 Z20.00 E250.00 ; Set accelerations (mm/s^2)
M906 X1100.00 Y1100.00 Z1100.00 E1100.00 I30 ; Set motor currents (mA) and motor idle factor in per cent
M84 S30 ; Set idle timeoutThanks for all the help getting me THIS far. my machine is at least turned on and the motors are running in the right direction. I checked my calibration on the X and Y and they are spot on!! Now I just need my Z to get back to normal so I can move on to calibrating my BL Tocuh and then hook up the hot ends to get this thing running!!

Try
M556 Z60 M203 Z600 M201 Z120
You may also want to boost your E values as well.
Try
M556 E1200 M203 E3600 M201 E2500

@hbrownell 100 steps/mm on the Z axis seems rather odd. Are you sure that this is the correct value? Just out of curiosity how is your Z axis built? Lead screw? Belt driven? Something else?
I ask because the number of steps/mm have an indirect influence on jerk and acceleration and a direct influence on maximum speed. For the latter you could enter your values in the EMF Calculator at https://reprapfirmware.org/ and see what it tells you. Look for the value given as
Speed at which torque starts to drop (low slip angle)
to be on the safe side.
