BL Touch and Zero

I've installed the BL Touch to my Duet and I'm running into a strange issue. I will manually zero the nozzle to the bed(G92 Z0) move up 10mm(G1 Z10) and do several probes(G30 S-1) and then input that value(for me is was like 4 mm) into the config under Z probe offsets. This is all well and good even up to a mesh bed probing, however printing is a different story. After all is said and done and I send the code G1 Z0, it will always hover 4 to 5 mm above the build plate and the same goes for printing. Ive tried everything from adjusting my start Gcode to changing the offset but to no avail. Here is my config. Thank You.
