Controlling a fan via wall outlet

I am trying to control a 230VAC blower via the DUET WIFI. Is there a simple way to do this using the PWM ports on the Duex5? Here is the fan for reference: https://www.galco.com/buy/ebm-papst-Inc./G2E085-AA01-05?source=googleshopping&utm_source=adwords&utm_campaign=&gclid=Cj0KCQjwtr_mBRDeARIsALfBZA7xspMYZZMCGIxpme3CeC4L3tr1tYPdUi0FrJGCjC8uawJYDY26TJEaApIsEALw_wcB

PWM is a good way to throttle DC devices but for AC motors you generally need an inverter that goes AC to DC to AC where the frequency of the final AC controls the motor speed.
You may be able to drive an inverter via a PWM signal or perhaps build yourself a voltage divider and smoothing circuit to convert the PWM into a 0-10V signal which is often used by industrial equipment. The alternative 4-20mA would be a little more tricky!
