Common store for DWC List Items and other customizations

Currently, list items are evidently stored locally with the browser. This request would move those configurations / items to be colocated with the DWC install (custom directory, etc).
This way, when defining a list item on one browser instance, it will be commonly available on all other instances.

I was just talking to Michael H. about this the other day. I believe this feature/idea has be requested before.
I would love to see it stored on the SD card.
