CR10 with duet mini 3 5+, nothing moves or heats
-
So I rebuilt an old cr10 (V2) printer, and completely rewired it, then programmed the firmware through reprap, and uploaded it over an ethernet connection, and nothing works besides the lights on the board lighting up. I have checked all the wiring with a multimeter, no loose connections. I also triple checked that they were not wired backwards. I have gone over the reprap several times as well, and I just can't figure out why its not working. It would basically be the same setup as a CR10 smart pro, as I also converted it to dual z, direct feed, and a BL touch probe. It has a brand new power supply as well. I also have the Panel Due to control from the machine. When I input any codes there, same thing, nothing moves.

@BrokenThistleForge I suspect you haven't put together a
config.g
with all the settings your printer need, right? -
I did not do any coding in config.g, only used the reprap configurator to set all the parameters. I can do that in vs code, not sure what file to open for that because I programed the firmware on reprap and uploaded it straight to the board. Just write my own?

@BrokenThistleForge best read this about asking for help https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/5909/guide-for-posting-requests-for-help
i.e. post your config and homing files, tell us the firmware version you are using etc -
@jay_s_uk I am using the Duet Mini 5+ firmawre, I opened the config file and its basically blank, I guess now I can write the correct code for the config.g

Here is my config
config.g -
The board is also not responding to YAT to connect or send commands. It is showing that it is connected to my computer though. I had this problem already once, and I ended up having a replacement board sent.
It connected before I put the SD card back in with the new firmware. -
@BrokenThistleForge said in CR10 with duet mini 3 5+, nothing moves or heats:
Here is my config
config.gThe config looks to be copy and pasted twice inside that file. Is that correct?

@Phaedrux must be how it attached to the post, it is only coded once when I open it on my computer
