I've tried some of the variables with no change . I've been reading the docs to try and figure it out for hours but its beyond my knowledge base

@Richard-F 800ma is probably far too low for those motors. LDO list the max current in RMS for those motors, so 2A RMS is 2.8A peak. Rule of thumb is to set the current to between 60 to 85% of the peak, which would be 1.7 to 2.4A

@Richard-F Also, you have your drivers set to StealthChop with M569 D3. But they do change over to spreadCycle (which is noisier), as you have set a V parameter. Send M569 P0.0 to check what speed this is happening at, as it may be you're in spreadCycle most of the time. While this is recommended, as you're less likely to lose steps, it will be noisier.
