What CAM should I use?
-
Before wasting time on software that is not fully supported, I would like to know some recommended CAMs.
As a cad I use fusion but I would have no problem using an external one. -
Since you are already familiar with Fusion360, I would recommend using the integrated CAM. Personally, I am very Happy with Fusion CAM. Check out the NYCNC-Youtube Channel for very good tutorials for Fusion360, CAM and CNC-Machining in general.
You can download a compatible reprap Post processor. From the Autodesk Post library. You might need to tweak the code a bit in order to get it working with your machine.
There are more advanced Post processors available from members of this Forum.

@morgoth90 I've used CamBam in the past, as I have a licence for it through my membership to the local hackerspace. Though now I use Fusion 360, when I eventually get my CNC back up and running, I'll probably use that with a post processor.
Edit: CamBam also has a Duet uploader: https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/24159/duet-upload-plug-in-for-cambam
