Manual Bed Leveling

I want to setup manual bed leveling on my converted Ender 3, the problem is I have set up a dual Z leadscrews which utilizes the M671 command. Is there a way that I can use both the dual Z and Manual bed leveling? I tried setting up MBL as a macro but it gives an error saying Number of calibration factors (3) not equal to number of leadscrews (2).

Yes you can, just send an updated M671 before each attempt whether you want to adjust the Z axis or adjust the 4 bed points.
