@Phaedrux last week when I pulled the card out to look at in my PC, it was because I suspected something was wrong. Then, the sys file disappeared. Now I think I was right.

@Phaedrux when you say reseller; do you mean Amazon or 3d Maker World? I do not have an email address for 3d Maker World. I don't have one for Amazon either. I will find the one I need.

@Phaedrux This sounds like a long drawn out process. I need this machine running quickly. I can return this to Amazon and have it replaced very soon. However I am happy with your support and want to do it your way. How long is this going to take?

It's up to you how you proceed. I think with Amazon, they would take it back and you'd get a refund. To go the warranty route, you'd get an exchange.
