... its heater temperatures were not high enough or it has a heater fault
I know this is a common issue, and I looked at all the other posts, but I am still having a hard time.
The web interface shows no fault on the heater, it is active. The heater's temp is exactly the target temperature. My leeway is 15 degrees + or -. I click "resume" and I get the above error. What's the deal here? -
Do you get the error when you are attempting to extrude filament?
Could it be that you are trying to extrude the filament while the nozzle isn't at target temperature and then afterwards it heats the rest of the way and you see proper target temperature? -
Never mind, didn't see the part about resuming when the target temperature was reached and there wasn't a heater fault. I don't recall if that warning causes a pause - I thought it just tells you that it didn't extrude but doesn't actually pause the print.
Did you look in the console to see if there are any other error messages?
Yep, it's a strange one alright .... -
What is in your pause and resume files?
What other threads did you look at?

I didn't like having to do this in the middle of a print, but turing it off and then on again worked.
