Z seam blobs, pause at layer change

Re: [Trying to remove blobs](what order to change things)
Hello all.
I am getting significant blobs at layer changes on the Z seam of every print.
This only happens on my Ender6 with the Duet mini5+. My Prusa doesn’t do this.
Both printers have the same Bondtech direct drive extruders and Slice Engineering hot ends.
I’m using Prusa slicer, but I have also tested Cura 5.xMy printer pauses ever so slightly at each layer change.
I have attempted to adjust retraction, coasting and other settings, but the pause is the primary issue.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Do you have ideas to solve it?Thanks!

Post your config.g.
I would guess that your Z axis is set to a very slow speed, so it's slow to change layers. Perhaps your extruder is also set slow.
Sharing a sliced gcode file would be helpful as well.

Yo Phaedrux!
He posted the same thing here (link) and I tried to answer him... let see if he will solve the problem:

i'm restoring a CNC for build some part for the full metal CoreXY high temp I'm assembling... That will be a very fine piece of hardware
Soon as possible I'll post stuffs -
Hey guys, thanks for responding.
Yes, I did post 2x. Sorry, I found the older post after continuing my search after I posted.
The g-code is 7.3mb. Not sure how to get it to you. Please advise and I'll send it.
@Phaedrux , when you say my Z axis speed it slow, is that in the Duet config or in my slicer settings that you're referring to? Or maybe both?

Perhaps slice a smaller object.
