Allow Scrolling, Resizing, and Scaling of the Temperature Graph

It would be nice to be able to scroll the temperature graph back, resize, and pick the range/scale. Is this possible to add as a feature?

The temperature graph changes its scale depending on the maximum allowed heater temperature. Enabling an option to scroll the chart back to an earlier time would increase the web interface's memory footprint, so I'd rather not do that.
