Duet3 mini 5+ USB not WORKING

There's no connectivity with USB to the board that I recently purchased the other boards connect with no issues so I'm assuming it's a USB failure on the board

Are the other boards also Duet3? The Duet3 can be a bit picky about the cable and ports used.
Are you trying to connect via USB terminal?
Do the board LEDs light up?

Tyrbingham yes I have duet3 & duet2 boards all have full functionality except for the new board that I purchased there's no functionality through the USB port, The new bored Powers up but no communication I've checked all drivers utilize Mac and Windows PCs with zero results and yes I'm using a USB terminal -
