meshbed issues corexy ffw3

I have Issues with meshbed not working correctly.
Device is a CoreXY 310mm in cube 2 leadscrews.
Issue appears like too much compensation or compensation values are inverted.
on blue areas nozzle is scratching and diving into plate on red areas nozzle is too high.where can I find the responsible part of code and manipulate it?

@sanczess Please show you findings....
I have major problems understanding this... I never get a good first layer...
My first problem seems to be getting the different coordinate systems to line up...
I have the IR sensor sold by Duet3d and I cannot find the documentation that shows where it measures in relationship the PCB so that I can set the correct offset from my nozzle... If I known how far from the top of the PCB the center of the measurement spot is I can measure from my nozzle to to the top and KNOW my x.... same with Y how far from one corner is the center...
Then I could remove at least that from my fault tracing...
But sometimes I get the same feeling as you that the compensation is in the wrong direction... or I'm stupid...
I run
Board: Duet 2 WiFi (2WiFi)
Firmware: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet 3.4.0beta5 (2021-10-12)
Duet WiFi Server Version: 1.26 -
Have a look through this article, the info in it allowed me to get the mesh and levelling / zero system working properly on my build.

Be very careful to follow the exact sequence for the initial probe setup and length offset measurement for that.
