Gcode from Fusion360
-
Doing tests with new Cartesian machine, that I'm building right now - I'm stuck with this toolpath interpretation.
On Duet Web Control 3.3.0-CNC08 Web Interface.
I'm sending the .NC file from F360 which is looks like this:undefined ```% (1001) (Machine) ( vendor: Autodesk) ( model: M1) ( description: Generic Cutting Machine) N10 G90 N15 G21 N20 G28 G91 Z0 N25 G90 (Pocket2) N30 T1 N35 S5000 M3 N40 G0 X-14.808 Y-0.691 N45 Z2 N50 G1 Z1 F3000 N55 Z0.3 F9000
and after the machine is homing it goes to 0.0.0. , then disconnecting the wifi
then going back home and not doing nothing. If I send the regular 3d printing gcode it is starting the job.
What am I missing?; Configuration file for Duet WiFi (firmware version 3) ; executed by the firmware on start-up ; ; generated by RepRapFirmware Configuration Tool v3.1.4 on Mon Nov 16 2020 00:29:27 ; General preferences G90 ; send absolute coordinates... The plan is to make hybrid machine with two heads (Tango-parking from left and right side) on X-axis with different belt driving system . The right head is Chinese 500w spindle and Left - FDM extruder.
With printing we have no problem! Thanks!! Duet is Aazing!
The next challenge will be to combine both technologies in one machine and one interface. So back to my question. Please anyone can explain to me what am need to do with the postprocess or duet configuration to mill form .NC?
Cheers guys!
I think dc42 and this community are creating the whole world of possibilities ! -
@allsirius I tried to use F360 files a while back and IIRC I had to select the right machine in F360 to produce useable code. Can't remember exactly which machine was compatible. Was it Mach3 or GRBL or Roland??

Hi @o_lampe Thanks for your answer , I will try them all. Somewhere in this forum I've found recommendation to use the RepRap. But I believe that I didn't finish something with configuration of my Duet to read all this
Nxx №xx Xxx Yxx commands.Could you tell me please which Cam are you use and how is the g/nc code starting?

@pcr Thank you very much! This Post-Processor are looks like a real thing for Duet board !
But now I've got another ridiculous problem! This has never happen to me before!
After all my previous attempts with duet configuration I think I've made some mess in settings and machine didn't do the proper cut.
I've checked the same file on my 3D printer with Duet RRF 3.3 and the toolpath movements was just fine!So I went to configuration tool and made a clean setup for my cnc machine.
Cleaned the old system files through DWC , and loaded new on the board and did restart .
The Y and Z axis from the Expansion breakout board are working after I added them in config .g but ALL internal motor drivers stopped to work! I never had such a problem.
What could happen? The config.g is still the same..
All day is spent for research! -
@allsirius best Thing is to Post confi.g and the Output of M122

Driver 4 are removed long time ago. And day before machine was working .
I connected the board via Yat, because no panelDue and I couldn't connect through DWC after RRF Config loading. While connecting through USB for the WiFi setup the Expansion breakout board and external drivers was connected to duet.. -
I'm still can't believe it's could cause destroying the internal drivers.. =\ -
@PCR
The Problem was solved!
https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/25672/internal-stepper-drivers-form-duet-wifi-are-not-responding/11
And I was able to test the new code form the recommended UltimateRepRapPost..
I see it's working! Now only need to properly configure everything for my machine.
Thank you!!
