output problem
-
Hello
I have a problem with my duet 3...
I can't turn on any output with M42 or for my heaters...
FYI This is the first use of the board. And for the first test I'have just connect motor and end-stop heaters and temp

@tom33 what commands are you sending that do not work?
-
-
@tom33 which LED? please show how you are wiring it.
-
@t3p3tony this led
-
When I turn on the output nothing append
-
@tom33 if you have nothing connected it won't turn on
-
@jay_s_uk even if nothing is wired the led turned on, I tried with another duet 3 and the same config
-
@tom33 Thanks, no I understand what you mean. Just to make 1005 sure we are on the same page, you can't control a heater with M42 if you have already mapped it to a heater. Can you send the following (with nothing plugged into out2 and out2 not used in the config.g
M950 P20 C"out2" M42 P20 S1 ; LED on out 2 should come on M42 P20 S0 ; LED on out 2 should go off
-
@t3p3tony said in output problem:
M950 P20 C"out2"
I tried and nothing append, the problem is just with the output because I can run the motor for exemple...
-
@tom33 thanks for confirming that. It looks like this impacts multiple outputs. Can you test Out0 to see if the LED lights on that please.
-
@t3p3tony The same with out0. I think the problem come from the board because I tried the same config.g in another duet3 3
-
@tom33 thanks for bearing with the testing. please can you contact warrant@duet3d.com to initiate a warranty return, referencing this forum post.
