Problem with mesh compensation

@joergs5
All good from S3D. Prining but birdsnest as the bed is not compensated as I see it. -

Looks like it is working OK now.
Thanks again for lending out your eyes

@tecno your mesh looks a bit odd to me with the two 'pits'. Does that represent the bed or something within the gantry?
-
Bed, unfortunately Chiron's beds are too thin and warp easily. This is my second bed, got the replaced on warranty.
No longer I use the original glasbed, now PRIMACREATOR FLEXPLATE-POWDER COATED PEI.
Printing PETG on backside with gluestick, sticks way too good on PEI. -

Re pits. My theory is that my printsurface with glue is not optimal for IR probe so those pits may very well be reflections of said combination.

@tecno sounds like you’ve well versed in the challenges of your printer then. Hopefully your current prints come out well

Trying my best to get a grip of things around my toysNow in the morning print is at 75%, so I am pleased.

Well print time from S3D said 13h24 and just finished at approx 24h.
Issue with X axis belt tension, this is a mofified Chiron with linear guides and used parts from Thingiverse that apparently are not up to the task as X axis motor gets hot and belt slacks as PETG part gets warm.
Back to the drawingboard
Fix X axis and reprint parts. -
X axis fixed and a testprint on its way. Will start a small batch over night print.
Looking very good.
