Effector under angle. Plz help!!!
-
Hi all have a problem and cant find the solution.
Upgraded to metal corners and New steppers. Surestep 2 amp.
Replaced every bolt to Stainless M5.When i start the print its starts in a angle like the red stripe on the photo.
Think that the effector is always in this position(When its homed and centers i see the same red line in the effector.
Checked all horizontal extrusions for gaps between the corners
Horizontal dimensions are in 0.1 mm
Top and bottom
Measured with calipers
Measured space in horizontal rails and corners with 0.05 feëler gaugeChecked the linear rails if they are smooth
Cleaned haydin rods and smart effector balls
Checked for play in ball mounts and carriage
Checked belt allignment.
Checked magnetic ball screws all with in 0.02Checked machnetic ball connection to the carriage
I get a amazing calibration deviation of only 0.016 (lowest average i have all time with the delta)
But with all the effector is stil not strait (its parallel to bed)
What can this be?

@goretec can you post some photos of what issues you're having?
I don't really understand what your issue is just from above -
uploading
-
@goretec can you please also post your config.g?
-
@goretec is it only in the Y direction? Are you running 3.3 or one of the 3.4 betas?
As well as your config, what motors are you using? and which duet board? -

@goretec can you try the same print using 3.3.0?
-
shall try when im home
i get big endstop corrections.
M666 X1.974 Y-0.770 Z-1.204 A-1.27 B-0.09
i mounted them with calibers they shouldnt be so far off
-
@goretec thats not the worst i've seen so I wouldn't worry.
I'm more interested in seeing how it comes out with 3.3 -
@jay_s_uk When im home in 5 hours i shall test it.
-
@goretec said in Effector under angle. Plz help!!!:
@jay_s_uk When im home in 5 hours i shall test it.
Tested it with firmware 3.30 stable.
Sadly problem still exists

@goretec what's in your bed.g file?
