Replacement Screw Terminals?

Hello,
I recently was inspecting my Duet Wifi board, and I noticed that the screw terminal connector for my heated bed was a little melted and discolored. Thankfully the board itself is ok, I just need to figure out where to get a replacement and de-solder the existing one, re-solder a new one.
I've been looking all over and I have no idea where to find the type of screw terminals that come with the board. Any suggestions on where to find them?
Also, pretty freaked out that this even occurred… I'm wondering if maybe there is something wrong with my heated bed? I'm using the RepRap Mk2 heated bed. The version I have is the red one that can be wired for 12v or 24v and its currently wired for 12v (how it came).
It appeared to be a plug and play installation... maybe there is some sort of resistor or something I'm missing?

Usually it is just from a loose connection. Are you using any kind of solder on the tip of the wire that goes into the Duet? Or is it just bare wires? Or do you have the supplied end crimped onto the wire and connected that way?

I've just had the same issue (But it was all my fault - I didn't use Furrules in a temporary setup)
I'm going to try a repair this week. -

This is exactly what happened! I had ferrules to use for the hotend wiring into the screw terminals, but my wires for the heated bed were going directly into the screw terminal ports. There was no solder or anything. Definitely going to find those ferrules before I fire up the bed again!

Now that is seriously weird… I haven't touched my printer in ages. Fired it up today, all seemed fine, then when I fired up the bed heater and hotend at the same time, the whole system turned off. I power-cycled everything, tried to turn on the bed heater (okay so far...) then the hotend, same result. Except this time, the duet wifi wouldn't turn on again and my externally powered fan kept running. The terminal block for power in just melted on the negative terminal. Duet owners, tighten your terminal blocks, even if your printer worked fine previously. I guess the terminals can loosen over time?
