What fans are plugged where? Do you have PWM controlled fans that work?

I have the board fan and extruder fan plugged into 'always on' and the part cooling fans on the 0 pin. They do not work either when I push test all fans. I actually get a fault that says it can't reach them.

What do you mean, push test all fans?

What exactly is the fault?
Can you post the results of M122 and M98 P"config.g" and post your config.g please? Photo of your wiring?

There is a macro that was pre-loaded with the duet that said test all fans.

The faults were saying they couldn't connect to fans 1 & 2.
I will get all this specific info, we were getting ready for Elsa so my apologies.
Thank you for your prompt replies.

Those are factory tests meant for the factory test setup and not appropriate for your own machine without modification. Don't use those.

Okay, thank you. The two fans that are plugged into always on don't work though. I will send my config and pictures of the wiring. Thank you.

You tested the fuse, did you also test the fan pins to see if there is voltage there?

Good call, I will do that tomorrow as well. Should be 12v for fans, right?

Alright, my wife is going to kill me as its past midnight, BUT I had not solving something. Everyone one of my fans was dead, caput. They are all 24v which makes sense, but to have them all die at once is very odd.
I have an extra extruder fan and part cooling parts, but not a board cooling fan but checked those and everything works. I don't know if it was a fluke?
If you see anything in the pictures let me know. I appreciate it!
Bottom 2 show the wiring, middle shows the pin connector where the fan plugs in and the top two show the fans I use that are 24v. The board fan I have had for the life of the printer so maybe that shorted out and died and took the rest with them?? Not sure. But here is the info, thank you kind sir.

So the fans themselves have stopped working?
and 24v is still coming through the fan ports?

Yep, replaced them all and they work - odd huh? Maybe one went and shorted the others? Not sure.
-
It's possible I guess.

@phaedrux Who knows, but thank you very much!
