Also in Cura change your gcode flavour to REPRAP
Also change cura to use relative extrusion while you're at it.
Then reslice and try again.
-
@Phaedrux I feel like such a nube, thanks again!! Im about to try now and keep you updated.
-
Don't feel too bad, 3D printing is probably one of the most complicated hobbies you can pick up.
-
@Phaedrux Okay. . so it tried to print again . . but . the extruder isnt going up or down . .

M574 Z1 S1 P"!zstop" ; configure active-high endstop for low end on Z via pin !zstop
Is your Z endstop the same as the other endstops? Your config has it as inverted signal, which could cause it to act as triggered even when it's not, meaning your homing is off.
Does homeall work to move all axis to their endstops correctly? Are you then able to jog all axis around correctly?
-x to the left, +x to the right, -y moves head to front of bed, +y moves head back, -z moves nozzle towards bed, +z moves nozzle away from bed.
-
@Phaedrux im not able to move to any - axis. I was able to this morning and i havent unplugged anything. Should i go into my config and change that?

G1 H2 X5 Y5 F480000 ; go back a few mm
In your homeall can you change this line from G1 H2 to remove the H2 completely?
What does it do when you tell it to home all?
Does it move towards the endstops?I'm not sure what you mean by not able to move to any - axis.
-
@Phaedrux whew . . Uhm so i went and took the "!" from in front of the zstop
M574 Z1 S1 P"zstop" ; configure active-high endstop for low end on Z via pin zstop
and now i'm able to move everything accordingly. It wouldn't let me use any of the negative machine movements. I dont know why it inverted it like that. . Do you think i should still go and remove the H2?
-
Yes, still remove the H2. Glad that
!
took care of the homing. -
@Phaedrux i took off the H2 and it wouldnt let me home all it gave me
G28
Error: G0/G1: insufficient axes homedI put it back on and homed all again and it homed correctly . . . idk whats going on.
-
That's kind of why H2 shouldn't be in there. H2 will let it proceed even if there is a problem.
Looking at the printer from the front (so that the bed motor is at the rear) the 0,0 origin point should be the front left of the bed. -x should move to the left etc as I mentioned above.
We can test this without trying to home the printer first. Turn off the printer, move the print head and bed to the center point. Now turn the printer on and send g92 x150 y150 z1. Now you should be able to jog the axis around with the buttons to test that they move in the correct directions.
Then we need to know where the endetops are physically located on the cr10. IF it matches the ender3 the x should be on the left and y at the back by the motor. Is that right?
Then send m119 to get the status of the endstops. They should all say not triggered. And when you press them and send m119 it should say triggered.

Endstops - X: not stopped, Y: not stopped, Z: at min stop, Z probe: at min stop -
@Phaedrux
yes. Z is still triggered .
-
Endstops - X: not stopped, Y: at min stop, Z: at min stop, Z probe: at min stop
Y is triggered but Z is not at the moment and it still reads as "triggered". .
-
@Phaedrux They are all moving correctly . im about to move it to the center to see if its still triggered. .

Error: G0/G1: insufficient axes homedDoes this mean i have to home them all individually at this point?
G1 (H1) Z18 F480000 ; lift Z relative to current position
would this work? -

So just the first H2 right?
Nope, just the one for the XY axis move.
