Duet 2 wifi

Bonjour suite a mon achat d'une Duet wifi et après tentative d'installation impossible cependant de connecter ma carte a mon PC via USB j'ai suivi les procédure a la lettre changer de câble fait un reset et toujours pas de duet reconnue. Serait il possible que ma carte soit défaillante ou quel autre procédure dois je suivre ?

Most of the time the issue is with the USB cable or the USB port.
Do you have a USB cable that you have verified works for power and data?
When you connect the Duet do you get a new hardware notification sound at all?
Can you follow through this procedure and report back however you get? What LEDs are lit, etc.

je n'est pas de notification matériel et quand je la branche USB toute les LED sont allumer suite a un effacement en suivant la procédure de secours -
J'ai pris contact avec le revendeur qui m'a dit de faire valoir mon droit de garantie
