It has several problems;

What happens is that when the printing is finished the motors are de-energized. And the same printing goes down alone at high speed due to the weight of the piece that was printed (Weight reaching up to 12 kilos).

The Z axes are responsible for the constant lifting movement, avoiding the spreading of metal by the printing nozzle. As the printing is done, the motors start to work with a lot of weight and this starts to generate gaps between the printed layers.

Right, sounds like you need a little more than just a little boost that you could have achieved with a simple gear.
As far as gearing goes it will help with holding forces; using a worm gear will help the bed maintain the position when not driven even if you end up needing a stronger motor.
Anyways, there are a few people here with way more experience with larger stuff that will sure chime in, in due time.

What geometry are your Z leadscrews? A lot of printers come with 4-start leadscrew / 8mm lead that are really susceptible to droop. Just switching to a 1-start / 2mm lead will give you some mechanical advantage and only require changing the screws + nuts.

I wear Pitch 2mm Lead 8mm.
what would be the suggestion of size and model?

2mm lead or even 1mm lead would have much less tendency to auto rotate downward when deenergized.

I apologize, but like me, other users who are new to the DUET universe are not as familiar with products and components and we are grateful to share the generosity of colleagues like you when sharing their knowledge and time.
- In addition, I ask you to be kind enough to indicate some products necessary for the use of NEMA32 engines (high torque). Because the metal prints that I end up making are up to 15 kilos or more and I notice that the engines overheat a lot.
After the project is finished, I intend to post here step by step so that other people can use it.

you probably mean 8mm pitch and 2mm lead. one roatation gives you 2mm travel?
changing to a 1mm lead would effectively double your torque as well btw.
duet 2 wifi can do max 2.4a motor current (with cooling) of you want to drive larger motors you will need external drivers or a duet 3 that can go up to 4.4a (6+ peak)

My printer has a cantilever bed that weights 25-30 lbs and is being lifted with a single nema17 and a 3-1 pulley. You want a quality stepper with a good detent torque.

I don't know where you are located, but the lead screw I am talking about would have specs like this one: https://spool3d.ca/lead-screw-8mm-1mm-pitch-1mm-lead/
A NEMA23 would be a good choice for the Duet2 because you can still find some good options at that size within the 2.4a limit of the Duet 2 drivers. Going up to NEMA32 would become problematic.
