Trouble updating to firmware from 2.0 to 3.11

Hello,
I am having trouble updating my Duet Wifi 2 to the latest firmware and would need some advice. Of course I have read the official upgrade procedure, but since I am new to this I may have taken a wrong turn.
My Duet did not come with an SD card, so I installed the old image found in Github. I was then able to access the Duet Web Control and followed the guide to upload the various firmware files. Unfortunately nothing happens and I am stuck with version 2.0.
Could anyone tell me what firmware/files I need to update and in what sequence? Coming from 2.0 is there anything I need to do other than following the official upgrade procedure?

Thank you. I did not see the specific section on upgrading coming from version 2.0.
I now saw it and was able to upgrade. Perfect!

I am have the same trouble updating also from 2.03 to 3.11.
tried to update to 3.0 no luck. I must be missing something idk.

@prometheus What happens when you upload the zip file for 3.0?

@Phaedrux It ask me if I wont to update I select update and on the paneldue it looks like it is installing but when I check firmware it still 2.03.

Try updating to 2.05 first.

@Phaedrux That did the trick. But webserver is not working was working on firmware 3.0.
I have looked at the config/network looks to be ok m587 is set up. -
