Flat & Clean Web UI
-
So i thought i'd have a quick cleanup of the UI. Removed all the gradients, shadows and border radius's - got a bit carried away, but i seem to have lost a fair bit of that stock Bootstrap look that the other 10 million sites have.
I've uploaded the files here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/atzw0xy670olb50/AACj7tu6WV29g_tqUWP_rQuIa?dl=0

I can see the appeal in a simpler interface, Ideally though users would be able to choose between UI implementations/skins. How easy is it for this to be kept up to date with future functionality in the web interface?

It's just CSS so far and a local font so really easy.
I'm just playing to give Chris some ideas on how a few changes would look. I know he likes all the gradients etc so I'm trying to change his mind!

Looking cool. Is there documentation out there on the file structure controlling the interface? I would love to play with customizing it but can't invest the time in figuring out what is controlling what.

All the sources are available on GitHub. Editing the css means you need to re-package and upload.

You can also download the zip file then copy the 2 css files into your browser add-on such as Stylish to apply it on top.

I really don't like the black bars personally.
