@chrishamm Yes, microSD card damaged and was in forced ready-only mode. I replaced with a new microSD A1 and back to normal. Thanks!

Duet via Octoprint/Octofarm....again ;-)
The Duet Wifi and the Duet Web Control (DWC) work very well together. Many may question why would you consider using another interface.
My inquiry is driven by that I need to leverage control over a bank of printers (10+). Other than having multiple tabs open on a browser there is not an efficient method of monitoring all of these printers.
I'd like to control a Duet Wifi via direct USB through a Raspberry PI/Octoprint setup, and use Octofarm dashboard to manage the printers.
Are there any known issues using Octoprint to control the Duet hardware through the USB port? What about using the new Duet 3 with this setup?
Any experience or guidance would be appreciated.

RE: Normalizing Temperature Sensors Across Machines
@mendenmh Thanks for your input. The purpose of sending fix values into the Duet mainboard is to normalize behavior across multiple machines. The thermistors we are using are with 1% of each other.
Maybe I got lucky, but all 10 machines are within 1-2 max degrees of each other.
We used a calibrated meter along with external contact sensors to check actual temperatures to the internal sensors connected to the Duet .

RE: 1LC CAN-FD connection to 6HC - Reversed???
SOLVED - Cable
The cable used was a traditional RJ11 phone extension cable. The ends are not the same, which created the confusion of the wires being associated with L & H.
I've switched to a twisted pair cable and all is working as designed.
Thanks for the input and time, as I worked through this speed-bump.
For reference see the pics and notice the flipping of the cable.

RE: PID Tuning for Unconventional Heater
SOLVED - used conditional gcode to control print zone. Reverted back to sensor attached to heater source. This provides a more stable control for the heater.
The conditional gcode reads multiple zone sensors to determine the adjustment needed to drive the heater.
