Do you get any lights on the toolboard? Try resetting it's canbus address?
We'd need to see some more detailed information to help further.
Can you share the results of M122 and M98 P"config.g"? Also share your config.g and homing files. A sample sliced gcode file that has the problem would be helpful as well.
