I don't use any special cable, the typical servo cable. and does not pass near any 230V cable. It is located about 30cm from the Duet3D

Can you post your settings for the filament sensor? What filament type and colour are you using? How is the filament sensor wired (what kind of wiring), and does it run close to other sources of interference?
At a guess, if the lights flash but there's no response in the DWC, it sounds like it's getting power but there's a loose connection on the signal wire. Check connections/crimps.
IanI use an indirect system using bearings in front of the sensor.

Filament sensor laser problem.
Good morning everyone! I have two sensors just bought in a duet2 with duet5x expansion, and it happens to me that, depending on the speed at which the filament moves, it seems that the sensor restarts. While the filament slips, the green LED flashes rapidly, and suddenly, the green LED goes out and shows the same pattern as when the sensor is fed for the first time, and just yesterday the one that I use the most, (the one of the E0 extinguisher) stopped detecting. It works, it works, but it does not detect anything, even take it out of its support, and running your finger in front of said sensor does not detect anything, it makes the normal pattern of green and red, as when the filament is still. What I can do?
