If you don't have the Smart Effector installed, what Z probe are you using?
A probe that is placed in the nozzle and activated by pressing the nozzle conrtra the bed.

I attached the 2 files, I hope you can help me find my fault, this configuration is for the normal effector that I have now, before the frustration made me remove the smart effector. thank you very much.

good afternoon David, I do not know what else to play and what to do, I have several configurations in my delta and the result is the same, with smart effector my result is the same as with effector design a friend in our group, the calibration goes well gives me an error of 0.011 and the mesh gives me an error of -0.001 and aparaentemente this all correct, at the time of printing the head for more than you go up the distance of the nozzle with the bed is still skimming and ends up making layers unlinear and deforming the pieces, it is as if the z-axis as a whole was not capable of climbing all the correct steps, I raise the baby steping and it continues to graze the same in the next layer.
my printer is a delta custom, with handy wands and effector custom rods, 1.8 motors with 16t pulleys, could you help me with this problem that affects several people?
thank you very much for everything, greetings Santiago.
I'm working on a scratch built 3D printer and just realized I can (hopefully) use a spare Prusa i3 MK3 Z-probe as the Z-Probe on this DuetWifi powered project. I ordered two replacement probes from Prusa after the Z-probe on my new MK3 failed a few weeks ago and the replacement probes they sent me have a tag on the wire that says:
JIMOU Sensor
P/N: IB2T-B0802N-C4B.7/35/PUR
Sn: 2mm NPN N.C.
5VDC 50mA Max.A link to a photo of the probe/connector/tag:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bw-c8Xd7dzHoYmdtZVhRVTdYYlVJa0lwTS0xYlhpVW82bUtN/view?usp=sharingI perused the forum and found some useful information on using inductance Z-Probes with the DuetWifi but I didn't seem to find any information on 4-wire probes and in general I'm a mechanical engineer that's out of my element on the electronics side of things. I want to make sure I get this right so I'm hoping you guys can help/steer me!
My first question is - it looks like the PINDA probe used on the MK2/S is a 3-wire probe but the MK3 probe is a 4 wire probe. The website says something about the MK3 having an updated probe that does some sort of temperature compensation so I'm assuming that's what the 4th wire is for?
Second question - it appears that this sensor runs on 5V which seems somewhat non-standard. This leads me to the third question…
Third question - how the heck do I wire this thing up and get it configured properly? This sensor seems to work great on my MK3 so I'll be pretty excited if I can use it on this custom printer!
Thanks!
Good morning, I would like to ask you if you were able to make it work in the duet without the need to solder or put diode. Many thanks for everything
did you change m92 steps per mm to match the new stepper motors and pulley in config.g?
yes, all the changes made in the config.g
I think you should increase the F parameter which is the speed
thanks for your answer, but more than 27000?
Good afternoon, yesterday I changed the engines nema 17 of my kossel delta of 1.8 degrees to 0.9 degrees and pulleys of 16t and now the homing makes me very slow and I do not know what I have to touch anymore and I adjust the speed in homedelta.g, Do you have some more touching site? thank you very much for everything.
PS: I attach a copy of homedelta

good evening David, the effector when I raise the command to reduce the sensitivity does not flash the green light and turning off the power and put it back only flashes twice and I followed the command of the wiki, my effector flashes a little in the movements are for and marks in some places does not lower the mouthpiece of everything and marks it as good, when touching with the finger the nozzle marks it the sonsa for that reason I want to reduce the sensitivity. Many thanks for everything.
Good morning, in fact biggsis I have it mounted in a large delta and when I proceed to autocalibration the probe gives many points as good without being them and the mesh makes me fatal, last night I put back the old pieces of my effector and caliber without problems, try to lower the sensitivity but it was not possible, use the configuration provided by the rrf tol and I do not know if it is correct or not. But you can help us Thank you so much for everything.
