Also you may check that the fan you are using for you heatsink isn't blowing to hard, I was having that problem with my dual head setup. Slowed the fan down and then redid the pid tunning and now both heads work fine.

2000c means it's not connected. Usually that ends up being the case either through connection error or wire break.

How are the connected? Can you show a photo? Are you sure they are thermistors?

Please provide this so we can see what firmware version you are using so we know which commands you need to use. Right now you have both commands for RRF2 and RRF3. Most of your config appears to be for RRF3 so I think you should remove these additions.

If you still have access to DWC. Upload these 4 zip files, one at a time in the system tab. Don't extract them first. Reboot after each. Use M115 in the gcode console to verify the firmware has been applied.

For your config, might be a good idea to run through the configurator tool and generate a fresh set for RRF3.

Backup your existing config files in the sys folder in case you want to switch back to RRF2. It’s easy to switch back and forth, just upload the zip file for the version you want and then upload your config files.
