I did some checking. I got a working motor and new cable. The wiring to the motor was correct. I double and tripple checked. I remapped the extruder motor to drive 4, heated up the hot end and manually extruded (without actually extruding just running a motor) and it worked fine. I remaped the same setup to drive 3 (original E0 driver) and the new moto did not work and I got the same warning for a short to ground. So I do have a bad driver for EO on the card. I then Checked the BIQU motor. I have readings directly form the motor. one coil is 2.7ohm and the other is .7ohm. So iI do also have a bad motor. Probably what fried the driver on the Duet. So off to search for anew motor. Looks like the gear on the motor is pressed on and accordingto everything I have found not available. It a NEMA 14 motor but all have a plain shaft. So I will contact Biqu to see if one is available. So I do appreciate the help. It pointed me in the right direction.

@droftarts Still on 3.5.2. About to start some long prints . We will see if it works in a few days. Again I thanks you. John.

RE: error after upgrading firmware
@droftarts Thanks for your help I did all you asked and kept having the same issue. I reloaded the firmware and it is now working ok. No messages. It must have been something in the install process that caused it.

error after upgrading firmware
I recently upgraded my firmware to 3.5.2 and after doing so I started to get a warning message "Error in start-up file macro line 2: Heater 1 not found" a start up. In the past I had issues with an extruder driver that was burned out by a faulty motor. I had to switch to extruder 1 and also heater 2 and was working for an extended period of time. Till the firmware upgrade. Not sure where to look for the start up file macro (unable to find). I am sure if I am pointed in the right direction I will fix it. Also tried uploading the config.g file but it is not working. Probably not doing it right. Printer is working ok but the message is annoying. Please help.

RE: BL TOUCH NOT WORKING.
@droftarts I will add the G90 and change the pressure advance setting to the correct tool. The reason I am not using the 0 drive is that ithe driver was fried by my bad extruder motor. I had to switch drives once I got the motor replaced. Thanks for all the help

RE: BL TOUCH NOT WORKING.
@droftarts I finally got it working. I had a bad factor BL touch harness to begin with (I have a replacement coming). Before I found out that I messed with everything and got everything out of wack. I should have followed instructions and approached things logically. I now have a bed level height file, homing works great including the Z axis and my first and second prints came out great. I still have to mess with pressure advance (I just installed a new extruder) and dial in the Z height. Thanks to all that helped I really appreciate that. As for the final files here they are.

RE: BL TOUCH NOT WORKING.
@oliof I was using those names beacause that is what I was sent by a friend of mine. It has changes since. I will post the final files once it is done, working and tested. I am in the process of doing that now but unfortunatly life just gets in the way.
