may have found an issue. One of the Y axis brackets is broken. The left rear bracket was damaged when it was moved i guess. Well time to get someone else around here to print a replacement for me.

T02- have been playing with baby steps all morning, i think i have it near where it needs to be. Running a simple 1 layer print to see where i need to adjust things.
3- correct
4-
5-yes left hand corner, but I can use the middle of the bed and try again
6- took measurements with both at printing temp.
i have changed several things in the stl file i am using in S3D and it is printing decent. Bed is not trammed 100%. I am using precision parallels from my machine shop to set the z axis rails when they are at the front of the bed and when they are at the rear of the bed, but havent gotten them spot on yet. Thanks for the input and help

setting Z probe offset
Board: Duet 2 Ethernet (2Ethernet)
Firmware: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet 3.4.2 (2022-09-13)I have followed this document to the letter (https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/Connecting_hardware/Z_probe_testing) , numerous times and my print nozzle still keeps digging into the bed whenever i start a print. What am I missing ?

RE: Extruder Stepper not responding
@deckingman YES !!!!!! that worked ! Just had to reverse direction of that motor in the config file as well !! THANK YOU !!

RE: Extruder Stepper not responding
@jay_s_uk at the very end of the config file? Below the M911 S10 line?

RE: Extruder Stepper not responding
@deckingman said in Extruder Stepper not responding:
@mlbuxbaum123 There are lots of possible reasons but with the very limited information provided, I can only make an informed guess. The most common reason is that by default, extrusion is prohibited until the hot end is heated. The next most common reason is that no tool is selected. The third most common reason is that the tool has not been configured to use the correct extruder drive. I could continue but you get the idea. For testing purposes, without any filament loaded, you could try sending M302 P1 via the console which will allow cold extrudes. https://docs.duet3d.com/User_manual/Reference/Gcodes#m302-allow-cold-extrudes
If that doesn't allow you to extrude, then you'll need to post your complete config.g file.
(This all assumes that you've checked the wiring and tested the motor).

Extruder Stepper not responding
I am having issues with my extruder stepper not responding to anything.
Board: Duet 2 Ethernet (2Ethernet)
Firmware: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet 3.4.2 (2022-09-13)I finally got x, y, and z to home properly, but now the stepper for the extruder doesnt move. Any ideas i should look into? Even in DCW the extrusion control menu is grayed out.

Homing X axis and Y axis isnt working
Duet2 ethernet with RRF 3.4.2
X axis will move towards the left (which it should) and stop way before it gets near its endstop, while the Y axis fights itself moving towards the rear (which it shouldnt). I have been fighting this machine and board for a few days now after finally powering it back up after 2+ years. Custom built Core XY Hypercube. I really need some assistance getting this machine producing prototypes. PLEASE HELP. I can send copies of any file you needThanks

Running M552 command yields just an OK
trying to get this printer up and running. It hadnt been turned on in well over a year or more so I upgraded the Duet's, and reprap firmware and everything yesterday and it would connect to DWC, but it wouldn't home correctly. Came in this morning and it wont connect at all. Thru YAT i can see the firmware is okay ( M115) but when I use M552 I get "network enabled, configured IP address ; 0.0.0.0, actual IP address: 0.0.0.0 and when I input M552 S1 all i get in response is "ok". This cDuet is connected to my work ethernet so that may be fudgingthings up, but it worked yesterday. Im stumped, someone please help a newb out.
Thanks
Lee
