@jay_s_uk , @Phaedrux and @chrishamm thank you so much for all the suggestions and help. Phaedrux, it turned out that I actually was not using reprap firmware 3 but instead had been using 2.03, I must have not completed the update on the firmware. It all works now which i'm very happy about. Thank you all for your time and help.

RE: Hotend showing 2000 degrees error
@jay_s_uk Sorry for the late reply, it reads 1.034K ohms.
Is this a good value or is there something wrong with the board? -
RE: Hotend showing 2000 degrees error
@chrishamm Thanks, I have now corrected the C value error and the tool error but the temp is still currently displaying 2000 degrees.
I have attached the updated config file.

@jay_s_uk Thanks, the heater has now showed up in the paneldue which is a step forwards, but temp is still showing 2000 degrees.

RE: Hotend showing 2000 degrees error
@matt7-0 Forgot to mention but I am not using a heated bed which further confused me about why my paneldue is still showing options for the heated bed but none for my hotend.

Hotend showing 2000 degrees error
On the duet web control my hotend temperature is displayed to be 2000 degrees Celsius and no hotend temperature options are displayed on my panel due at all. I am using a duet 2 WIFI and my printer is a custom delta build. I have tested with another thermistor and it displayed the same result of 2000 degrees, I also checked all of my wiring and it was all correct and properly connected. Please could you help me find out what I've done wrong.
Attached are my pictures from the DWC and my paneldue as well as where my thermistor is plugged in and lastly, the heater part of my config.g file.
