I have made a Height Map but the height corrections , x and y are in my setup switched. I first switched the x and y connections on the board, this did not solve the issue. Attached the Height Map.
My manual measurements show that X shoulde be Y 
Is there a way to tweek it?
I update the board and now it works, NPN probe switch to 1000 when having metal in front of the sensor. it is now working as a switch, it gives two values, 0 and 1000. I will now proceed with the bed leveling.

Could a update be done with the config tool by selecting the two boxes that downloads the latest software?
I have read someting about that, a I1 parameter would inverse the signal. This needs a probe deploy.g with some lines I gues or can I put this into the existing config.g?. Can you help me out here I am not familiair with the Duet (first time), have used befor Marlin.? Or should I update the firmware? Would be great if there is a document that I can use to do run the update, I use the touchscreen (panel due), this would need a update to.
I have done your sugestion but the value of 1000 still is there. I use software version 2.03.
Hi,
is there a specific setting for the NPN Z-probe sensor. My value is 1000 without trigering, if it trigers the value changes to 0. is that correct or should this be inverted? How to invert this?

The towers are all wired correct, no other home related .g files are in the /sys folder on the sd card.
Thanks for your fast reaction. When the M119 command is given and I press at the same time a endstop it will show that the pressed endstop is trigered. I have normaly closed endstops configurated. The led next to the stepper output is on when I press the endstop. All this is working as it should be. I guess it has to to with the software. When homing all axis (3) are moving up (delta style printer) and when I press one of the end stops nothing happens. Pressing the endstop on axis Y the led next to the stepper output Y on the board is lighting up. I will post my homedelta.g later today. Will check first the /sys folder.
Hi,
I would be happy if someone can help me with a endstop problem at the Duet 2 wifi ? I am rebuilding an old Tripodmaker (delta printer) to a Clay printer with a WASP extruder. The issue here is that the steppers (home) will not stop when the endstop triggers. I run M119 and it shows a trigger on xyz. Using the 2 outer pins of the 3 pin connection on the Duet board.
