I think the idea is to get away from a long bowden tube and eliminate the need for pressure advance?
At least this is what i'm trying to accomplish.

ok,
I have a CoreXY printer with a direct drive feeder and I'm trying to lighten the print head assembly.
What I want to do is move the direct drive feed motor off the print head and drive it with a continuous belt.
So I would have the usual U=X+Y V=X-Y, but my extruder would be E=X+Y+E
This gives me A direct drive ( Not Bowden ) feed, Without the stepper motor being on the carriage.
I have looked through the forum, but I don't see anything like what I'm thinking about doing.

I will create any diagrams and/or visuals required.
