@dc42 So I fixed it so now tool 0 is set to the same temperature, but still no dice.

RE: Dual color print problems
I looked at the files with the 0 the end of name, and they are all empty. I'm not aware of any for tool 1. Also FYI the dual extrusion system uses only one hot end/nozzle.
Here is the Cura tool change code:

Dual color print problems
Hello, I recently upgraded my machine to the Prometheus dual extrusion system. I'm currently stuck. I cannot get dual extrusion to work properly. The machine worked properly when using only one filament. When attempting dual extrusion test prints, the machine will stop and stay in one spot when the filament is supposed to switch. The machine will then retract the filament and extrude the other filament slightly only to retract it again. It will stay in the same spot and do this until I manually stop the print. I am using Cura to slice. I know this is vague, but I'm not sure what details would be helpful for me to provide.
I appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Ian -
RE: Stack overflow error when probing
I found the problem, I had G32 in the bed.g instead of G29. Thank you for the help

Stack overflow error when probing
Hello, I recently changed my method of homing my z axis to use my bed probe. I also probe the bed after homing the Z axis. I used to be successful in my meshgrid compensation, but now I experience problems. Now whenever I run G32 after homing, I get:
Error: Push(): stack overflow!
and sometimes
Error: Max open file count exceeded
I'm running the latest firmware and would appreciate any help on this issue.
Thanks,

Bltouch problems with duex 5
I used to run my printer without an expansion board, and had the bltouch working properly. I have recently installed the duex 5 expansion board and connect the bltouch to the corresponding pwm port. Now when I run the same commands as before, I do not get any reaction from the probe. It is possible that I have it plugged into the wrong pwm port. I also wouldn't be surprised if there was an error in my configuration. FYI I have no heaters plugged into the duex.
Thanks for any help,
Ian

RE: Unknown problem with board
ok so everything is now unplugged, completely, Now the 3.3v led is green and it is communicating with pronterface. Thank you very much. My guess is that I had an endstop plugged in improperly and it was shorting out the 3v rail. Does that seem about right?

RE: Unknown problem with board
ok when I plug in only the USB, i get a 5v light and the light between the reset button and the USB socket. Is there some jumper or something that I need to move to get it to work? And yes I unplugged the connections to the main board.

Unknown problem with board
I have been using my duet wifi for a few months now and it has worked well. I recently tried to setup the duex5 with my printer, but during the process, I made some mistake. I am not sure where I went wrong, but now my board isn't functioning properly. I may have pressed the erase button during the process, I am not sure. It is possible i have messed up in some other way. I have tried to reflash the board with Sa-mba, but I can't even get the Bossa port to show up in device manager. I also had checked for the other comm port to connect through pronterface, and that wouldn't appear either. I tried a different usb cable.
I apologize for the vagary of this post, but I'm honestly not sure where I went wrong.
Thanks,
Ian
