@Alucardi Is there a particular reason you wanted to wire the second z to drive 4 (E1)? I assume this is the one that isn't working? Usually on the duet 2 wifi you'd remove the jumpers on the Z and wire them in series.

RE: One z motor don’t always move
@Alucardi How are your Z axes defined in config.g and home all.g/homez.g if you're stacking macros? Is it definitely only when homing?
I assume when you manually turn the screw with the motors off you can feel/hear the motor turning and it's not slipping at the coupler?

@tobias_munich I got the same behaviour after updating.

RE: Where to find the motor side connectors used on Nema17s?
@bearer Essentially we have a piece of equipment that doesn't support reversing the extruder at the moment (it's actually made for something else). So I want to reverse the direction of the NEMA - but there are a couple of different extruders we use, some geared, some not - so an adaptor to reverse the motor would be ideal for quick switching.

Hi all,
Thank you very much for all your responses! This is why this community is awesome
Decided to go with @bearer latest suggestion, thanks! Will make a circuit board to adapt I guess, many thanks!

Where to find the motor side connectors used on Nema17s?
I need some for a project, but I can only find the female pin side housing and crimps (JST-PH6 I believe). Any advice would be appreciated.

RE: Duet 2 Ethernet keeps disconnecting
This was an interesting one - network problem, not the Duet. After a lot of troubleshooting, changing the MAC address that was associated with the static IP I had setup on the network solved the issue. Now I'll have to arrange for a new static IP, but interesting that this was the solution - the ping to the Duet was never interrupted. I think someone has made some changes to the network at work...

RE: Duet 2 Ethernet keeps disconnecting
@dc42 Currently DHCP, for a static IP at work I'll have to talk to our IT guys - I'll try this Monday to rule out a conflict.

Would've copied that - but keep disconnecting, it was infuriating

Duet 2 Ethernet keeps disconnecting
I keep losing connection to the Duet 2 on our Tool Changer every 5 seconds or so. I've tried obvious things such as changing the Ethernet cable, the port, reinstalling 2.04RC1 (2019-07-14b1). I'm completely stumped, what would be your next step?

Unsure if this is a network problem at work.
