I haven’t timed it, but I think it takes about 30 minutes.

I finally got this to partially work.
I had to re-run RRF config and get a new config.json file.
This happened to me when I changed from a Z-Probe to a Z-Switch. No amount of changing config.g would work until RRF was run.
I still get errors occasionally, but not every time.
@dc42 , I think this still needs to be looked into. It may also be a good idea to figure out why a new config.json file helps alleviate the problems.

Re: heater not reaching temp. It does, and I had no problem with this issue prior to updating FW as also stated by @Tinchus.
After running autotune again, and kind of passing, here's what I received as settings.
The first line is actual autotune settings that don't work.
The second line is modified with the 0.001 setting as suggested.
I was able to complete a 50°C chamber heat with it.
However, I cannot start an actual print unless I pre-heat the chamber. Printing fails with the typical error of expected this heat time, but got this heat time.

I have been able to get the autotune to pass multiple times, but the parameters don't work after entering them in.

Same for me. I can trick the system to finish the autotune, but still can not get the system to work in normal use with the parameters autotune gives.
Even changing the PWM back to 100% is not working for me.
I'm not sure what values would even be helpful.
I only have (1) 250w heater, so my chamber heats pretty slowly.
I need about 20-30 minutes to get to 50°C.

For whatever reason, it has only partially worked for me.
I can at least finish the tune, but I still can not run the chamber heater even after updating the M307 with the auto tune parameters.
The heater faults out with this error. The values will change based on the M307 settings, but it's always the same error that the temperature is rising too slowly.
Heater 2 fault: temperature rising too slowly: expected 0.14°C/sec measured 0.03°C/sec

So, I did another attempt with some different parameters in the M303 command.
Here's what I tried;

That was line 98 of the code. I removed it and re-ran M98 P"config.g", and the error "Sensor number out of range" is gone.
The only error left is "bad model parameters"
Per your suggestion, I ran M98 P"config.g".
I have (2) errors. How do I find out what they are and where in the code they are located?

Your M950 line has both H and F parameters. This will cause it to throw an error and not be executed. Unfortunately, errors raised while executing config.g are not reported. It's a good idea to run M98 P"config.g" after making changes to config.g, then they will usually be reported.

I solved this issue.
I'm not sure why, but running the RRF tool and uploading the files did the trick.
I've had a recent issue where the hot end fan is no longer being controlled by the hot end temp.
Note: This is a somewhat new board about 1 month ago. Everything has been working until just a couple days ago. I didn't figure out the fan wasn't working until today, but I have not tried to print since 2 days ago when the last print failed. I initially thought I had filament with too much moisture, but since changed out to filament that has been drying for 3-4 days.
Board: Duet 3 Mini 5+ Wi-Fi
I have (3) fans on my system.
H0 = Part Cooling on out3
H1 = Hot End on out5
H2 = Board cooling fan on out6
I have not knowingly made any changes to config.g or anything else.
I found the error during a print. Filament was not extruding properly or at all.
All fans have been tested and operate.
If I swap fans H1 and H2, I can turn on the fan at the hot end, but the board fan does not come on.
If I swap them to normal position, hot end fan does not turn on, but board fan can be controlled.
I have tested all 3 board connections with a multimeter.
Is there a way to force out5 on to test regardless of temp reading at hot end?

Ah. Ok. I'll make that change.
Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I have another issue.
I've completed a number of prints with everything working fine.
Prints complete, bed moves to near max of 400.
Now I can not home. The Z will only lift about 5 mm, then stop and I get an error
G28 Z
Error: G0/G1: insufficient axes homed
Once that happens, I can not home Z with homeall or homeZ.
This happened once before. Not sure what I did to fix it. I just messed with the homeall.g and homez.g files.
Current files are what were working until this morning.
I'm attaching a short video and a screen shot as well as config files.
My mistake. You are correct.
I missed it even after reading the instructions a few times.
Of course I wasn't looking for that as I was trouble shooting, but that is no excuse.
