Board: Duet Wifi

EDIT: all defaults, except temp to 240, PETG (already ran a temp tower. Has the same issue with blobs on PLA)

I'm getting these blobs on the corners while printing a retract tower.

The nozzle seems to just sit there and extrude then start traveling.

from reading around, it seems to be a issue with cura 5.xx the way it handles power recovery...

AFAIK, the duet 2/wifi doesn't have the feature.
On a whim I've ran the command to disable it, and no change.

I didn't set the endstop pin to active-low.

On another note, how do I run the bed leveling?
Also, how do I set the Z offset?

I'm getting an error of "Z probe 0 not found" when trying to run G29 or G32
My Z "probe" is the stock tronxy one that I managed to get it to work, even though it requires 6v minimum. the duet thinks its a "switch" with the way I've gotten it to work.

EDIT: I figured it out.
I went through the configurator again, on endstop config I set it to z-probe, then on probe type = switch

I have a Duet 2 WIFI in a Tronxy X5SA with firmware 3.4.5

Heaters seem to be working fine, except the bed throwing a fault because it's heating too slow.

My main issue is that when I X home or Y home, it moves right about 5mm
Homing again only moves right and the new 0 is set (can't manually move left, with the web controls)

I've wiped my SD card and re-did the reprap config again and still the same issue.

@Phaedrux sorry, I figured it out.

Issue was the wifi network at work. I set it up for my home network and it's all working.

EDIT: I stumbled about and somehow upgraded the firmware to 3.4.5 lol
And to answer the question of the SD card, the originally one that came with the Duet came with a 4gb card. The firmware zip is 17gb+

UPDATE: I've upgraded the firmware to 3.4.5 use the BOSSA utility.

Not sure how to setup the SD card. (new card)

@Phaedrux I get an IP address of 192.168.101.34

when trying to bring up the web page, it fails.

pinging is give an unreachable response.

I bought my Duet2 wifi like 3~4 years ago and finally got around to trying to get this working with my Tronxy X5SA.

I've went through the process of configuring the wifi connection through the YAT terminal and it connects, but I'm unable to access the web interface. (I was hoping to try to upgrade the firmware through the web interface)

This is the firmware version through YAT shows:

FIRMWARE_NAME: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet FIRMWARE_VERSION: 2.0(RTOS) ELECTRONICS: Duet WiFi 1.02 or later FIRMWARE_DATE: 2018-06-05b3<LF>ok<LF> how do I get this going, and/or how to upgrade the firmware from what I have?

I am a bit confused as far as firmware on the arm based boards.
Does duet boards have their own firmware, or are they interchangeable with other arm based boards?

I have a Panucatt Re-arm board with a 1.4 RAMPS sheild, the instructions to configure the config file on that is a bit confusing for me since I want to configure it for a delta printer.

I am hoping that I could just use the duet configurator to spit out a config file I can use.

I might just upgrade all my 3d printers with duets. (well, upgrade 2 and use spare parts to build a third)

So, I've bought one of these printer. It comes with an ARM based controller board, but it has allegro drivers on the board, and no breakouts to put in any TMC drivers. The board manufacture and Tronxy says that it is upgradeable to WIFI, but I can't find the wifi modules anywhere.

Not to be confused with the X5S, which only has an ATMel board.

Because of this I want to replace the board with a Duet WIFI.
My question is, what would I need to do to get the X/Y motors to run correctly?

Reason for my question is, both "X" and "Y" motors have to be used to move in just the X plane, and the Y plane.
What I mean is, to run linearly, both motors run opposing rotation, where as the perpendicular linear path, it rotates in the same rotation.
